Mustafa Abdalla

Mr. Abdalla began his professional career with First National Bank of Chicago, now JPMorgan Chase, as a Vice President, holding various senior executive management positions in cash   management, sales and marketing, investment banking and commercial lending and was posted in Chicago, New York, London and Tokyo.

He headed the Corporate Banking for the National Commercial Bank (NCB), the Middle East's largest bank headquartered in Saudi Arabia. For three years, he was also appointed as a Senior Public Service Administrator for the State of Illinois.

For the several years, he was the President of one of the largest investment conglomerate, led an executive team, responsible for the management and monitoring of all investment activities.  Managed an investment portfolio that exceeds $30 billion with over 25 private equity companies in MENA, Europe and Asia and extensive global listed equity portfolio and funds.  Served as board member, representing the major shareholder, on 20 companies in oil and gas, mining, contracting and construction, largest cement conglomerate, industrial, telecommunication, investment banking, real estate, service sectors and food. 

Additionally, he was a part-time professor at Chicago's Northeastern Illinois University. Taught classes in International Finance, Financial Institutions and Financial Markets, Securities Analysis, Real Estate Financing and Investments. Furthermore, he was actively involved in the formation of the Northeastern University's Graduate Business School.

M. Mohsen Abdalla

M. Mohsen Abdalla is seasoned executive in world sales and marketing. He began
his career with Lufthansa German Airline in Chicago as Midwest sales mangaer.

Moving forward he Joined Deere and Company of Moline Illinois as regional sales
and development manager for Southern Europe, Africa and Middle East in the
Earth Moving division. Residing in Brussels, Belgium.

Headed the international government and contractor for Latin America and the
Far East.

In Singapore Regional manager for the South East, the Pacific and The North East
Asia.

While with John Deere , He initiated, search and developed a net work of John
Deere Distributors for the earth moving equipment.

Out of Mansfield , Ohio he was vice president for international of the Gorman
Rupp Pump Company and The president of the Gorman Rupp international pump
company responsible for sales , distribution , joint venture, Manufacturing in the
whole world out side US and Canada.
